Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was adequate for our needs, clean, and quiet, but it lacked the expected sea view and felt slightly overpriced. The service was a bit of a hit and miss with some staff being exceptional while others struggled with basic communication. On the bright side, the location was convenient for seaside activities and dining, but a bit complicated to navigate. The dining options were good but had some shortcomings, especially with breakfast choices.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was basic with a comfortable queen-sized bed and decent storage space, but it felt small and noisy, almost like sleeping in the reception area. On the upside, the view over the port was a nice touch.
The hotel overlooks the harbor and has some stunning views, but our room was cramped with furniture, making it challenging to move around. The situation was so bad that we chose to leave a day early, even forfeiting $200 to switch hotels.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room served its purpose, being adequate for our needs and very clean and quiet. However, the small corner window didn't offer much of a view.
The hotel offers a cozy stay with clean rooms overlooking the harbor. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, though there was a minor issue with a less friendly encounter during payment. The location is superb for exploring the boardwalk, shops, and catching ferries to Cinque Terre, while the dining experience, although crowded at times, offers a wide range of delicious dishes. Overall, a good value for a lovely stay.
The hotel rooms are like typical Northern Europe business hotels you find next to the highway, offering a small window with an angled view, albeit old and unkept. The service is generally nice and helpful, though there were issues with providing directions. The location is ideal for visiting Cinque Terre, just a walk away from the waterfront and dining spots, but there might be a minor inconvenience for amenities nearby. The dining options include local specialties but could be improved with healthier choices and more prompt food replenishment. Overall, the hotel offers convenience and a good base for exploring the area.
